Warranty
Barrango offers a warranty to the original buyer that all displays and props are free of manufacturer defects. Under normal condition of use, this protection extends for 1 full year on all products. Please note that Barrango products are of a very high quality and can last for 10 or more years easily, if properly installed, maintained and stored.
This warranty does NOT apply to LED or incandescent light strands or bulbs.
Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part that is found to be defective or incomplete. It is the company’s obligation to repair/replace on a Non Pro Rated Basis.
Labor to install and shipping costs are also NOT included under this warranty. Light Bulbs, Electrical or other damage caused by mishandling of the product by the buyer, weather related events, or while in transit is NOT covered in warranty.
All Merchandise is carefully inspected, photographed and packed in an approved manner when it leaves the production factory.
NO Returns are accepted on merchandise. Barrango will work with you to rectify any warrantied problems in a timely manner for up to 1 full year from the date of purchase. If buyer chooses to send items back to the factory for repair, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
